You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use miniso44. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and any funds returned subject to verification.
All bonuses credited to your miniso44 account are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable turnover requirement is met.
Each individual may hold only one miniso44 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. miniso44 reserves the right to request documentation at any point to confirm account ownership.
Collusion, use of bots or automated software, bonus abuse, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on miniso44. Violations result in immediate account termination.
Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing miniso44 is lawful in their jurisdiction. miniso44 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific territory.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and miniso44 ("miniso44", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at miniso44.co and all associated services, games, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By completing the registration process, logging in to your account, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1.3 miniso44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
2.1 Minimum Age. The miniso44 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. 21+ By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. miniso44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the miniso44 Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of use. miniso44 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is prohibited and may result in account closure.
2.3 Mental Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Current or former employees of miniso44, its affiliates, or its software and service providers, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotions on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the miniso44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. miniso44 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to miniso44 support immediately.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). miniso44 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method upon request. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your miniso44 account at any time by contacting customer support. miniso44 may also close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the miniso44 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). By depositing funds, you authorise miniso44 to hold those funds in trust in your account wallet for the purpose of gameplay and withdrawals.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. miniso44 currently accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and major Malaysian bank transfers including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Accepted methods may change from time to time and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section. Players may request additional deposit limit reductions for responsible gaming purposes at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by miniso44 subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and confirmation that no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the funds being withdrawn. miniso44 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to payment provider timelines.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Where practicable, miniso44 will return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. miniso44 reserves the right to require additional documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. miniso44 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant account balances, subject to applicable law and prior notification by email.
5.1 General. miniso44 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be satisfied before any associated winnings or bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. miniso44 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player has participated in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploiting software errors, engaging in arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus funds, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
5.4 Promotional Changes. miniso44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retrospectively altered in a manner materially prejudicial to players who have already met qualifying conditions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the miniso44 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and what is recorded on miniso44's server, the server record shall prevail.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games available on miniso44 are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose RNG software is independently certified. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers operating from studio environments.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, any bets affected will be voided and stakes returned to players. miniso44 shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss of profit arising from a game malfunction. No winnings derived from a malfunction shall be honoured.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. miniso44 reserves the right to void, cancel, or decline any bet placed in circumstances involving a manifest error, technical fault, odds pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity, whether before or after the bet has been placed and confirmed.

8.1 All content on the miniso44 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of miniso44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.
9.1 The miniso44 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, miniso44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.3 miniso44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your miniso44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
miniso44's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the miniso44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. miniso44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the services you have requested or where required by law.
11.1 miniso44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its users. Tools available to all account holders include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion function available in your account settings or to contact miniso44 customer support to request an immediate account restriction.

miniso44 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to miniso44's licencing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to miniso44's customer support for informal resolution.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under rules agreed between the parties or, failing agreement, under the rules of a mutually acceptable arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
